If you take it you should just make sure to drink a lot of water. Try to get the pure powder one. When I worked out I took it because it dramatically reduced muscle soreness the next day so I think it would be beneficial. I stopped taking it for two reasons. I stopped working out and I read for certain people it’s linked with balding.

I workout 5 days a week and take a minimal amount of supplements, but I probably wouldn't take any type of protein or creatine if I was just strictly skating. Unless I was going really hard or knew I wasn't going to be eating for a couple hours I'd stear clear. Also weight gain. I try to stay pretty light around 150-160lbs but even the little bit I take saw an increase in mass, 164lbs currently. My bunky got so big so quick his skin started to split along his upper arms. Didn't even phase him. Just wanted to get bigger so when he went home he could "run egg harbor". Joel is the norm it seems.

I've a doubt if creatine is good for skateboarding pratice.
