I don't get why people think every little god damn thing is some kind of conspiracy created by the fucking government. I work in local government and no one is anywhere NEAR smart enough to create some kind of "control" like this.

have you been living under a rock or what, this isn't even close to reality. it affects the sick and elderly the most because they are immunocompromised man -- it doesn't only target them, extremely spreadable viruses that have no vaccine nor built up immunity in the community do not work that way.

I think it's the same things as believing in God, but with a different approach. It's more comforting to believe someone controls everything rather than to accept that all these horrible things happen randomly. People who believe in God believe that God controls everything, is good and his decision can be influenced by praying. People who believe in every conspiracy believe that people in power control everything, are evil and they could some day be overthrown by raiding area 51 or something
