Agreed.  I had a hard time going back to even f4 classics after Conical Fulls.

I'm a stickler for how wheels look, and I can't get past looking down at conicals for some reason.
Also radials and tablets are too square for my liking.
I also felt they were harder to slide than Classics with their sharper edge, although Classics have a pretty wide contact area.
Classic F4's are all I can really say I've been completely happy with.

Bones are plastic but are fast.

F4 99 conicals or classics. Anything else is wasting money and time.
Sir, I'm going to politely, but firmly, ask you and your common sense to leave this establishment.

That's funny because I'm the opposite. I love the look of a thicker wheel and skinny wheels are a turn off for me now. I was riding Crupies and hated them for a slew of reasons but those reasons aside, I still really didn't like the shape of them.

I also have no smooth spots outside of a skatepark(and not really even at the park to be honest) so the wider wheel isn't just an aesthetic choice for me although I would ride them for that reason alone.

F4 radial slims for me.  Super hard to find lately so I’ve been going between radials and classics.  Oh, the tablets are legit too.

Can you tell a big difference between the radial slims and the tablets when doing tricks?

I got some big east skateboard wheels once maybe twice. I got like 5 shirts too. I still got one somewhere.  Ski Shop hook up.

I would definitely get behind the ECU movement again

I'd ride any Orange 55-60mm 99 or 101a

A b scale hard 60mm wheel with a rounded edge and a 34mm contact patch Orange plz

All wheels should come in Orange and regs

I can picture a clear 1st div wheel in my mind but I can't find proof.

Anyway I found a photo of Matt on big wheels that I just don't remember. I'm pretty sure there's a California address on the ad that would have been a problem at the time.

oh yeah I heard he might have been into smoking his hair? I would like to know if a second person saw this

Some late-90's yellow Spitfires. I think the graphic had a gorilla eating bananas or something. Might have been a slimmer cut but I've never had wheels that slide that good and barked that loud.

Just ordered these online in 99a, do you ride them with risers?

On ace 44s right now, no risers, I was on a set of bones stf 54mm but riding street a lot lately made me miss my 99a spits (I was riding 54mm conical fulls before that but my local shop only had them in 56, so I decided to give them a try)

I've had both and definitely can. Some people may prefer tablets due to the better lock in and wider riding surface, but I liked radial slims a lot more. The slightly rounded edges and thinner riding surface (though still more than new classics) made them feel a bit more nimble. They're still a fairly square profile compared to classics etc so I felt like they locked in really good still but would hang up less. Obviously when talking about wheel shapes its splitting hairs for the most part but these are definitely some small differences I noticed.

F4 And OJ key frames
This man has the truth right here. F4 99s for street and the keyframes for filming/cruisin. This should be made some kind of law nature or something.

Dumb question maybe, but do any of you have a park specific wheel?
I had some slightly wider OJs for the bowl etc, but never experimented with hardness.
The park here is slippery to me and I keep sliding out. I think 53Spitfire park-burners are what I'm on now but might go slightly softer for grip? Or just go back to wide?
no, i live in an efficiency by myself and work in middle management like you, loser

Bones SPF V5 are crazy fast and grip well on shiny concrete, if you don't mind how they look or that they're hard as shit and don't slide great.

For me, 54mm 99a F4 radials for transition, 53mm 99a F4 radial slims on street boards. Just feels right

never have ran risers with them, have tried them with Indys, ace, and on venture now. didn't have any issues, wanna see if I can get away with it on thunders next, maybe I'll need risers or go 54, but I like how wide they are at 56. decisions. also ride my trucks medium-loose, I like a little stability but I have to have them feel mushy.
