I don’t know man.  If I recall he made 200k on 2 million profits?  Or sales?  Probably sales.  So after 2 million in sales, the best profit you would see, assuming you owned the bar and didn’t have to pay rent or mortgage etc could be in the 200k range.  Im sure the owners, instead of taking a cut just gave the bar back all the profit.  Makes quite a bit of sense.
