I have Jordin saying he turned 18 on 7/31/2015. So, if Jordin had sexual relations with someone under 18 past midnight on the evening of 7/30/2015 going into his birthday, that would be considered rape.

Now, I suppose Jordin turned 19 on 7/31/2016.
