I think I just broke my little Yamaha practice amp playing this song. It still sounds fine when I play softly, but this isn't a softy song. When I really dig, the whole amp just dies and farts out. I don't even have much time to play lately and only wanted to play this song real quick, so I'm pretty bummed. It was a good amp for my crappy playing. Loud enough to feel like you're rockin, but quiet enough to not bother the neighbors.

I just recently watched the NAS docummentary about Illmatic. Such a masterpiece, there's no skipping song in that album. It's really interesting how P Rod part Yeah Right! got me into listening NAS,
