Don't know much about that brand but I love a nice delay and that's a mighty handsome pedal.

What kinda of strings does pals play and why?
Myself I been using Ernie Ball constantly since returning to standard tuning. Hybrid slinky mostly. I’m really tired of how much packaging is involved tho. And I have gotten corroded strings on occasion. Luckily I was able to trade them in most of the time. I really liked the coated pardim or whatever there called but I’ve noticed that I don’t like how they sound when hearing playback in studio. The rest of the band couldn’t hear the difference but I can

I’ve used boomers in the 2000s but I can’t remember if I liked them.

I was using Elixir Nanoweb because they last longer than the regular D’Addario nickel-wound strings, and don’t corrode. Then, I got a box of 20 or 25 NYXL strings from D’Addario, which lasted a while before settling on the XS strings. They cost more but last and stay in tune longer.

A friend kept trying to convince me to switching to flatwounds for my ES-style guitars but they’re almost the same price as a 3-pack of XS strings, which I’m satisfied with. I will probably try them out on my Casino at some point.

been on the D'addario xls since i got my Jazzmaster and still running Ernie Balls on my Mustang, i think just the super slinky.

I'll have to try those XS strings for my next string purchase.

Bassist here, I play Ernie Ball Slinky Cobalts 40-95 (lightest gauge available).

I play through a battery of effects pedals, big fan of distortion, playing high on the neck, basically playing the bass like a guitar, and the light cobalts are great for that. Fast, easy to bend, don't get too muddy when running through 6 pedals.

I really want the Fuzzface but it only comes with the half stack. Even if I could afford it, anything more than 10W is too loud for my living situation.

The one on the left is a fuzz-octave pedal. I don’t use any other pedals when I play with it. The one on the right is what I replaced my Fuzzface Mini with a couple years ago. I usually pair it with an overdrive and a phaser pedal.

What fuzz pedals are others using?

Uh Oh

Bassist, but for strings I run stock Ric strings on my 4003 and P bass.
