Jim is a great example for dealing with issues that a lot of companies are too scared to touch. Always seems like a stand up dude from all I've seen/heard of him.

As far as Jamie, I can't remember where I heard him say it, but it was something to the effect of him not liking the way he was doing the show. He was talking too much about himself. Wanted to take a break for a while.
