The guy does minimum 10 miles a day walking and probably 20 miles biking and is still probably 225 lbs and benches 315 easy?
The human body does not recover like that without some extra juice.
It’s his diet. Dude does cardio really to just eat a ton of calories. Those bike rides and walks he does won’t cut his weight down much. It’s kind of sad to think though that with his weight and body that he really won’t skate like he used to anymore.

You can eat 10,000 calories a day and not recover from the amount of work he says he's doing.
That's what steroids do, allow you to recover so you can work more often. Also, he's been gaining a ton of muscle/weight while staying at a low enough body fat% to have abs... that's like number one sign. Massive gains with no body fat increase. All along with the obviously lust for Hollywood lifestyle means for sure he's taking stuff.
