For filming some dude beating down on a pedo who flashed his dick to some young kids at night in Hollywood. Only in a special place like Slap would you find the guy with the camera copping more heat than pedo or the guy doing the actual beatdown.
You are going 100 percent with Biebel's excuse here. The video itself suggested it was more like a mentally disturbed guy was walking on the street and then got viciously beaten up by a bro looking dude, while Biebel cheered him on. No suggestion in the video or by the things that Biebel said in the video that the guy had purposely flashed his dick to anyone. Biebel acted like a jock asshole and I understand the impulse to want to cancel him.
Either way, I don't condone cancelling him for this. I feel that our society needs other ways than cancelling to deal with Biebel's behavior: The dude who got beat up needs help. The dude that did the beating needs to be punished legally and Biebel needs at least a serious talking to by his friends.

I think most of us are down for a NONCE catching a quick beating (the legal way is better), if It comes to a beating there needs to be at least one piece of evidence/proof.
In the US, California included it can be very hard for people to access mental health treatment/social services/addiction services especially those who are poverty stricken, mentally ill, or undocumented...those people can be left to their own devices and in the street to fend for themselves. I don’t think that’s any secret, it is extremely sad and can have some horrific circumstances, least of all walking down the street naked at 1am.
I fully agree with your cancellation sentiment, unless of course you’re an actual ped.
