He told her he was clean.  Which a reasonable person can take to mean she would not have if he admitted to not being clean.  Which a reasonable person can then take to mean she is aware of the risks of transmission of sti’s through unprotected sex.  If she didn’t know about it why would she ask.  Thus, the responsibility for (as) safe (as possible) sex is with both parties.

Not really. I actually said he's one of my favorites, and now I think he's a scumbag, I should have said WAS one of my favorites I guess.
