Yo mountain folk,

I run an organic veggie farm in down in rural Yolo County, CA (near Sacramento) on rented land, thinking of moving the operation to the Grass Valley for cheaper land and water. I've met a few landowners out there I might try to rent from. I've got to move the farm and myself anyways so I might as well admit that skatespot access ranks pretty high when deciding where I want to live.

Are there any covered spaces to skate when the weather is bad in GV? Condon skatepark is rad and there seemed to be good street skating in town, but what about when the snow or rain is bad? Any good overhangs, covered basketball courts, enclosed loading docks, abandoned warehouses?

Thanks
