Linda Vista Skatepark, San Diego
« on: August 10, 2020, 10:41:14 PM »
For all the San Diegans who skate this park, I see on Google that the park opens up at 9am. Is it possible to sneak in a session at 6am?

I’m working from home at my folks’ place a few days this week and want to get in a session before I start work at 9am.

you could probs hop the fence at that time, the fence isn’t too high. i don’t think they open the park that early but doubt you’ll get kicked out of a skatepark

I have a few friends that will hop the fence for an early session but I haven’t have a chance to make it out that way since it’s been built

You can hop it in the early AM. The workers don't care.

They actually usually open the gate at 8. Often times, the gate never gets closed at night and its open all night.
No one will care if you hop the fence. You can easily hop over at the bridge. Or by the tennis courts, you can slide between the fence and skatepark gate.

My girlfriend's mom and sisters live in SD. Last time I visited the highlights of my trip were Linda Vista Skatepark and tasty burritos.

Perfect username and thread combo as it pertains to San Diego.
