Last time I saw him, he was shooting on a GH5 w/ Canon's 8-15 in anamorphic 4:3. He has a good mic too which makes a huge difference for those cameras. Also a heavy handle so it feels more weighted.

Long lens... I'm not sure, something 4K. One of those mini HPX looking things.

there are numerous teams that have the same amount of talent between the riders ... april is nothing special in that regard

Literally it's just an owner who is too good at skateboarding went and recruited a bunch of his friends who are all almost too good at skateboarding. The company name/graphics/everything is just kind of there. I find something bland way more palatable than the skulls and demons or whatever of like Zero/Creature/Deathwish.

I just find the branding and graphics super clean... it's not for everybody, but definitely something I'd hang on my wall.

Also these guys are smooth as butter.

people can't expect every brand to be polar, isle, or 00's AWS with art direction. I like the Fuji and Vintage decks they have on their site. I hope they keep it simple with a few graphics at a time. Some of them will be nice and some will be dumb, like that cheers deck.

That been my thought about the park, so stark, who wants to skate in that all day (but I would, of course).

It does match the brand...but no denying the talent and they don't have that pretentious Primitive vibe. Have to wait and see how long The Nik..er April Team lasts...
