I wasn't really able to read it all, but from what I gather -- he took uncropped screenshots from her instagram, some with nephews or other family in it, was posting them on 4chan Anonme. (A site for archiving nudes of regular girls? That's fucked. Whole site seems like a revenge porn lawsuit.)
 The uncropped screens shows his friends liking her posts, so he was easily identifiable. LOL.
 He was HOPING someone had nudes of her to add to the thread. Definitely a creep but no way that's illegal or falling under revenge porn laws. Also I have never heard of this dude before.
