Help me find ____ song

Hi Guys,
Thought it might be cool to help each other find random songs based on little knowledge of them, for example; I really really want to know the song that sampled the scene from The Shining that goes “dont worry mum, I know about cannibalism, I saw it on the tv - see it’s ok, he saw it on the television”

Help please?! Pretty sure it was a punk or hardcore song.
