I was thinking Gonz would be Westgate is a good starter point

Im saying it more as if you took Gonz and made his exact self and genes be born in say 1995 and start skating at whatever age he did + same location , what level would he be at

Gonz was actually super advanced and avant garde for his time, so not sure Westgate is the guy.  His part in Video Days has so many NBDs its ridiculous.  It had stuff you'd never seen before, huge stuff, tranny no one else could do....he's the best skater of all time so there isn't really a modern comparison.  Cardiel would be Grant Taylor maybe though.
