$700 for a print. The art world bums me out sometimes.

Spent that much and commissioned a good sized Lance Mountain painting (not print)

now thats sick

And got to meet him for free when I picked it up.  Doubt it needs to be said: super nice guy!

That’s amazing. You have to post it sometime.

I’d be lucky to sell an original for a quarter of that price.

It’s the Gonz Alcatraz picture.  I was reaching out to get just a print
and it just kinda happened.  I might have tried a different one like BA Hubba but it all happened so fast and wanted to do something w/ transition skating as that’s his usual thing

This is a print of his I got a while back that I love

The art world just doesn't care if the artist is a skateboarder or not. Thats probably the main difference. Like no one wants to say Lance's art is boring derivative cartoon characters drawn by a famous guy but at some point someone should. Same as Gonz.

I figured that you all would have done some due diligence by now and noticed that I tend to sometimes be a little silly. All good. How is everyone? My wife and I just spent our first night on a new, king size bed. This this is huge!

I kind of like some of Neckface's stuff. He once made a gallerist that I don't like have a full meltdown. Anyways, that print could be a good investment.

Can you elaborate on the meltdown thing?
I can imagine trying to co-ordinate anything with that dude is like dealing with a kid with OCD obsessed with horror and sugary cereal.

Neckface is horrible so I'd say this knocks this person down a few pegs.

how is neck horrible?? buddy unpopular opinions for the sake of unpopular opinions arent cool little dude
Hate to break it to you (no I don't), but "Neckface is horrible" isn't an unpopular opinion, and it's not held for the sake of being unpopular.

Walked into the commercial leasing office and saw this. Thought he was pretty cool to begin with. Is he actually really cool instead?

Definitely one of the few in the industry who somehow isn't shat on regularly.
