After today, if I had a skate bag it’d have rubbing alcohol, neosporin, bandages, and medical tape.

I need those in my bag in case too. Are you OK?

Alongside the essentials like my protective gear, I have spare laces, tools for adjustments, a water bottle, my wallet, phone charger, a shirt - those are the practical staples. But then there's the random stuff that somehow finds its way in there: a snack bar or two, some spare change, maybe a forgotten sock or glove.
Truth be told, I need to get a new backpack. Mine's torn already. Been thinking about a leather one, like the one from Von Baer. Because it's more durable and it looks great. Skate-wise, is a leather backpack worth it in the long run? Or should I stick to a more traditional nylon option?

lol

That looks really good, actually. That bag will probably last a few decades, or more. Just don’t leave it visible in your car. I’ve had windows broken out to get much, much crappier backpacks.

skate tool
wax
lighter
xtra t
xtra socks
tripod

pretty much the basics
Came back cause I added some things:
New additions to the bag living in my car
rub brick
spray lacquer - still kinda feels like cheating, but necessary
towel
broom
razor blade - put a board together at the spot and it remains
hat
speaker

I always cycle out, so have one of my paneers with stuff ready to skate:
first aid kit (bandages, plasters, hydrogen peroxide, gloves, tweezers)
paracetamol/ibuprofen
voltaren (or whatever back and muscle pain relief I have at the time)
little cloth/towel to wipe ledges/wet benches with
skate tool
size 14 spanner
spare bearings, bolts and bushings
head torch
bin bag (in case rain comes/protect the board)
emergency snack (chocolate, cereal bar)

feel like half of the stuff is not necessary but it's all come in handy before
