Not everyone looks cool in black superstars, Ethan does.

I was so ready to hate (but then I discovered the first name wasn't David). Really great part! Interesting approach to spots and some serious talent exists in those legs!

Reminded me a lot of the late 90's early 2000's parts with lots of Built to Spill and Jets To Brazil

Yea he does....but I'm going to say something unpopular now.

I can't stand seeing the white shell top being skated in...the three black lines on the white shoe are distracting for me. I just kept focusing on his shoes...not the tricks or the board.

Am I alone in this?

P.S., not making this up and not trying to diss corporate shoe companies...skaters need money and Lisa needs braces so sometimes you do what you gotta do

This was actually really great! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Hurricane to fakie front heel shouldve been the ender imo

Element sucks. I could easily see him on Creature
[close]

in what world would he be good on Creature

Let's consider any other wealth of board companies he would actually fit on better than Element

Skates the same spots as Baekkel and others on the team. He's tall, white, lanky, has wild hair and looks like he's the manlier of the Loy Bois. I think he'd fit the part next to Gravette, Cody Lockwood and Baekkel. He can skate ditches, rails, drops and big shit in a creative way. He keeps the tech-gnarblade sharp.

Obviously Creature isn't top tier, but almost no teams have room on their roster and Element is just whack. AT least Creature has a SOTY win and a few nominations for their team. I cant see Element rebounding and putting their faith in him and Cookie and heavily promoting them, regardless if they both deserve it or not.

No hate to Ethan here. I'd just like to see him on a different team. All the best to him!

For instance, in the 91 photo, I matched the red hat to the red shoes, with tonal blue for the t-shirt and jeans. And blue and red are complimentary colors so they look good together.

They're not. Green and red, blue and orange, yellow and purple.

Anyway, the part was...huh...strange? I mean, 2/3 of the tricks are really dope, but the video as a whole doesn't flow, it's going nowhere. Song doesn't help it either. Too bad, cause I dig E-Loy's skating.

Chi ha crisi interiori, chi scava nei cuori,

Chi gli manca la casa, chi vive da solo,

Raw cut is up

It seems he chooses his tricks according to how much pain trying them might cause him.

I feel like the raw footage really emphasizes his creativity. This might be overstating it, but I want to say there's something Gonz-like in the way he approaches spots. A joy to watch.

I never knew how much I loved Ethan Loy until I saw his part from the Element video.
He has a certain look and character that makes me think of a cult leader lmao. I dig it though.

I watched the rough cut. That was a good one. I don't like rough cuts usually unless it's like older. I'll watch trys. I was expecting a bluesy song. He kinda looks like TA from the side.

A few great spots. Tricks are right up my alley.
