2020 has been a weird year with the global pandemic having radically changed how we live our daily lives, constant police brutality towards minorities was finally brought to the front-page , right-wing fascism on the rise worldwide, not to mention the people who have succumbed for insane conspiracy theories.

But despite this there has been some positives, even in small scale like in the world of skateboarding, e.g. the BLM-movement getting traction and LGBTQ+ communities getting recognition and a platform to speak on.

To single out a single kook this year is difficult, but it'd give it to the "skateboarders" who have had the energy the dedicate their time to spread hate, whether it is pro-hitler MAGA bros, misogynists/incels, racists, fascist bootlickers, anti-BLM/anti-LGBTQ+ folk or qAnon believers. Congrats, don't go for a repeat on 2021.

Sinner is a massive piece of shit but the Skategoat saga was whole orchestrated production that culminated in an empty conference room filled with Dominoes microwave pizza. I'd vote for this just based on the level of effort put into the resulting mediocrity.
