Pros' exercise routines

I read Jason Dill does 100 burpees every night. I also read Huf walked around with ankle weights on. Do you know of any other exercises pros do?

watch out with ankle weights. I tore an arch using them. With what I've now learned about the feet through courses, think it could be even more risky if you're not walking heel toe, with even weight distribution on the 4 corners of the feet.
Well-defined ambiguity, I'm already on somebody's list as a casualty

I'd say most of them don't have routines at all, or the one's I've seen are pretty useless.

If you're not doing deadlifts/squats you're just wasting your time. Those 2 exercises basically work your entire body and will provide skeletal stability. Your shitty knees and back will thank you.
Add a couple sets of bench press and back exercises to thicken up your upper body. That's it.

All the crunches in the world ain't getting rid of no gut if you got one, ab workouts are a myth, that's why nobody has fat legs and arms but has a 6 pack. It's all body fat so count your calories.

Do this stuff 3x a week... Profit.

Weight loss is 70% diet, 30% exercise.

Ankle and knee strength and conditioning exercises all day, reduces the risk of injury, reduces severity of the injury and speeds up recovery.

Use her workouts for nice glutes, jack off for bigger biceps.

Sugar and soda is a killer, just gradually cutting down consumption can yield big results pretty quickly. Some folks on Reddit recommend sparkling water or flavored water. More importantly, regular consumption of zero or low calorie (black coffee, water) is a good first step.

I think the worst part for me is that 7-11 is around the corner from my house too. I quit soda for 3 weeks and felt awesome but my gulp resistance is low

Man I love those slurpees too I don’t reckon they’re any good for you though
Get a 2 litre drink bottle fill it with water and 2 cucumbers sliced up thin and go like just under half a tablespoon of salt. Leave that bitch overnight and take it to work and drink it the next day

It’s a bit silly and hipster but it’s pretty good for your skin and stuff, nobody has to know if you have a water bottle you can’t see through

So that's your secret?!?

Do you give that to kids who come to the farm too?

Biebel had to watch how much he was pressing cause he was getting too buff to manual.

Neen has crazy work outs and looks pretty lean and clean.

Some simple regular sit ups, push ups, squats and stretches help a whole lot for my lazy 45+ ass.
