Three parts in a year and they're all heavy. Fair play, he's waaay too sick for Blind.

Damn. Some incredibly difficult shit done so casual. That nollie over the bar at 3rd & army looked so effortless, like he's just hopping over a curb.

so fuckin good, VX really makes stuff so much more memorable imo. with so much HD nowadays getting a VX part thrown in the mix now and then is always a really nice surprise.

so many standouts but that bigspin nose slide was smooth as hell, seems like the faster he goes the smoother he gets

I back it

Thank god he doesnt have to wear a red bull hat/beanie in every clip like the rest of the team. Whats up with that? Why almost everyone on energy drink squads gotta have a logo in every clip but  someone like TJ can choose not to? It helps the footage so much, a Red Bull hat in every clip would of fucked up his swag.

I'd have to assume he makes alot less on photo incentives though, but I definitely enjoy it.

TJ is singlehandedly making blind look kind of sick ngl. Is morgan still on? They should kick cody mack off and rebrand with just canadian dudes in baggy pants.
Morgan's been off for awhile, and he was the best thing Blind had going for them for the longest time outside of Creager. TJ killed it this year. I back the Canadian rebrand, but boot off Micky Papa.

A few clips I thought "does blind still have some of their 90s pants in the warehouse"?

They actually did start making Blind Jeans again, believe it or not. They're completely going back to the late 90s/early 00s aesthetic. Their entire new catalog is just graphics from that period, leaning heavily on the reaper and the Gonz logo.

its 100% part of the contract. lol as stupid as it sounds, the rest of the "gear" market was already cornered im guessing they saw the least amount of threats in the hat game.

red bull always goes for sneaky stuff they try to hit untapped areas / least amount of competition. notice all the sports they get into like F1, cliff diving, bboying, esports etc. they are trying to hit stuff that hasnt matured yet or in the case of F1 it was an opportunity because a lot of the alchohol / cigarette sponsors got dropped

i agree the VX makes it more memorable, that was sick. made me rewatch his other parts this year too. so casual and it just looks natural.

This was really good. Is it just me or has this dude been switching styles like every year? This one works though, I hope stays with it.

That was dope, got heavy Rob Welsh vibes

Yeah same, channeling Pete Eldridge too. Dude looks like less of a hockey player hatless. wonder if he had to negotiate his contract

I was assuming they got the boot due to not being Canadian under this new theoretical Blind.

Don't think he has any real connection to them outside of maybe knowing Torey Goodall. Part of what makes Palace sick is that they don't really care how good you are if you aren't homies with them. Lucas got on because he's unreal, but because he's friends with most of the team. Whereas they turned down guys like Miles Silvas and Tiago, who are guys that are in the SOTY discussion yearly.

Ummmm no thank you i'll have my new Teej part on Thrasher not The Berries.

That was great all around, i loved the close filming/filming in general. TJ is a great kid, i've met him several times and he's super kind, humble, but funny

Fuck yeah TJeeeee

I'm not a hip hop dude but the music was great. I guess it was more of a jazz kinda mix, rad nonetheless

Ender was beautiful, great trick selection (maybe minus some bigspin stuff)

I’ve always kinda gotten that impression.  He’s an easy guy to root for.

After a few rewatches and some IG browsing it looks like he actually had the song done specifically for his part which I respect a lot and probably why it fit so well.

This is subtle but I loved how he sw front-tailed the ledge back to switch and swerved perfectly through the bus stop opening off the curb. Great stuff, lots of solid tricks in this part.

I loved the part. With the Es on and song fit perfectly. Dude's so underrated. I'd rather TJ on Palace than some kid who does the same tricks every insta edit. But they're English dude's who love making money. It'd be one thing if TJ was in his hometown doing his thing instead of LA. There's a reason why they sponsor people in different pin point area's. They're exclusive but also need your neighborhood market to slang their over priced bull shit. Palace dudes come off as so exclusive but they're just looking for new markets to slang their overpriced, poorly made goods.

I just want TJ to get paid!!!

Loved that too, and the shot of the cab over the rail down the drop was a beauty as well.
