I actually really like Arc’teryx and the whole street/hiking style that’s trendy now, so I thought the
collab with palace was not mindblowing but still pretty cool.
I didn’t get anything but told my friend to grab the fanny pack because he was looking for a good one. He didn’t knew about the brand but trusted my words and now loves it.

This meme made me laugh because I know a bunch of these guys:

Yaphet Kotto, the actor? Can you explain this one for me. I'm a fan of the show Homicide where he plays Al Giardello.

The lighting is shitty in my office. They are a bit lighter and a cool shade of blue. They are also way nicer than dickies. Extremely soft and no permanent crease.

I guess it’s just creepy to think of some stranger secretly identifying you from these message boards.maybe next time I’ll leave the eyes. I’ll check out Yaphet Kotto even tho I don’t listen to hardcore.

I Subscribe on the Master Pant! Got a grey pair and it’s great. Dickies always felt like shit when I tried them on, but those are perfect.

They are typically $130ish. If you wait for the season end sales they usually drop down to $40 or so.

Wtf, That price is insane. In Europe it’s 80€ and I already think it’s too expensive for a fairly simple twill pant, that’s why I got my pair on sale, like 40 or 50€, can’t remember, which is a bit less than dickies actually.

Is WIP their European line? That would explain the mark up. They look nice, but I can’t justify that price tag. I actually really like Dickies, they fit me right and I find them comfy. Plus, I can almost always find a pair in good condition at Goodwill for around $10.

Carhartt has a sale on now, those pants are $80! If my dickies were dead if get them for sure.

@sk.a.t.a.n: WIP is their fashion brand...normal carhartt is proper work wear and is cheaper, WIP is their fashion brand which is different clothes altogether, albeit coming from the same baseline...prices are also fashion prices...most pants/jeans are about $150-$200 in kangaroo dollars

wip was, afaik, started by a german dude under license in the mid/late 90s to sell carhartt stuff in street wear shops in europe. it's always crazy to hear how expensive it is in the us. i think it's been only a few years since they sell it in the us, right? at the same time, carhartt workwear was available to everyone in my country. before that you could only get some items at designated workwear/construction shops that usually only sell stuff to companies directly, so you could get most of it only if you actually worked in a carpentry, or a car repair shop, and ordered through their business accounts.

anyways, sounds like wip is finessing you us guys, sorry bout that.
