My wife got me a Theragun and a Palace coat. She spent way too much this year.

I got her a pad set for her roller skates that she just got. A couple of small run t-shirts, earrings and some Italian clogs. And to both of us, I rented a top floor suite in a nice hotel.

My mom got me a gift card to a local art store. I got her some silly shit off her wishlist, glass wind chimes and some gnomes for her garden. She’s hyped.

How are those theraguns working out for people?
If you can't handle me at my Marc Johnson, you don't deserve me at my Bobby Puleo.

It’s great. I have a lot of problems with my back (hence the screen name) which also radiate down into my hips and thighs. It’s incredible on the hips, thighs, shoulders, and neck. When I use it on my lower back I feel pretty beat up in the morning, but I’m still healing. We’ll see how it works long term, but I’m digging it for now.

I got one too! I love mine and use it everyday for about 20 mins to 1 hour on average. My girlfriend and I use it on each other's backs before bed and that has become a nice bedtime ritual. Its really great after a session or if you have problem muscle areas that act up

In my family we don't really give each other gifts anymore, which I am happy about.  I don't want to get things I don't want or need.

In saying that, I did buy this for myself this year, which in terms of cost was about the same as a semi decent meal at a restaurant, as well as helping out a local guy who makes them, so I am happy.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

But my big present from my wife just showed up. I'm a huge Brian Lotti fan, going back to Shackle Me Not.
I like his tennis court paintings a lot - those solid court colors. Anyway, my wife got ahold of him and got me
2 tennis paintings for Christmas. And he wrote me a note on the back of one. Obviously changed my name
but it would have been funny had it actually said this screen name. Anyway, my wife gets an A+ again.

That is so sick. I really like his paintings, too. Stoked for you!

I'm putting them in the main hallway of my house so I can walk by them 100 times a day

Reminds me, I need to get Busch Stadium (Cardinals)
That Ken Burns stuff is awesome.
I'm a huge baseball fan. Love the Cardinals, but I also *gasp* love the Yankees. More historically on them but still a fan.
Orioles, as you know, used to be our (St Louis) other team! They've got badass logos. Somewhere I have an Orioles hat in my packed up stuff.

Depression and existential crisis arrived today cos I hate my job and I have no way out (covid froze the job market).

Besides that I finally managed to kick weed and cigs and I gave my friend a mint North Face backpack I had found on the street months earlier.
He said that was the only thing he got from Christmas and I will remember the stoke on his face for a long time.

Hell yea to all of that. Baseball is the best. Get the set if they have it, that'd be sick! Ken Burns is awesome as well. That's ok, I don't hate on other teams, until the game starts haha
