This will never happen, but if FA is getting Guy it would be the greatest thing if he could film a part and share it with Gino for his welcome.

Even if late af in the game, Guy and Gino together would be PReTtY SwEeT

This is maybe up there with the worst outfits in skateboard magazine cover history.

And just think, Nigel has had covers.

And all the Grecos.

Are you looking at the right photo? Guy is wearing loose chinos and a golf/polo tee and LA cap, pretty standard, normal gear.

Yeah, standard gear for a douchebag/golfer.

I'll let you choose which.

Damn, you must hate how a large percentage of skaters dress. Loose chinos and that style of polo and a cap has got to be one of the more popular styles that's lasted throughout the eras. He's not even wearing bright or preppy colors - just dark tones. Such an understated outfit to take issue with.

the more i think about this cover the more i hate it.  it's so obviously a cover only because it is Guy, and i hate covers like that?  you think that gets a cover if it's dave bachinsky?  hell no.

If it was an amazing photo it could be anybody, but it's not.

how many disgusting noseblunt nollie laser body varials you think he'll do?

I don't hate this cover at all. Wallie front feeble is sick. Looking forward to a new Guy part. Also, I like this fit way more than the tighter pants/pretty sweet look. Stoked to see this part.

Right this wouldnt be a Cover if it was dave bachinsky and im pretty Sure he would do this in his sleep.
He kickfliped el toro and is still not considered a legend and is kind of black balled because he isnt a grandpa at crailtap, hasnt thrasher tatted over his butthole, a nike sports Deal or skates an 8.75 deck for no reason but to be in trend.

S/o to all 2000s and 2010s skaters who would skate cricles around goldfish crailtap but will never be considered anything because EVERYONE IS GOOD THESE DAYS ITS THE PUSH BRO (it totally isnt true and is just a way of old ass skaters to still stay industry relevant while being lazy old heads)

Guy is an amazing skater and his parts are incredible but this Cover is just bad in my opinion

Because it's safe to assume that if he did it wouldn't have been a cover but a TOC type of spread instead.

I think it’s supposed to be a honor that Guy is getting his first Thrasher cover and likely has an interview inside full of tricks that are on the more tech side that don’t translate well to covers

so HSU me

Has Guy put anything significant out since Pretty Sweet? Besides Numbers, I feel like he’s been under the radar unless I’ve missed something?
I swear he had a weird almost all ditches part after pretty sweet. I think it was put out by the berries and shot in black and white. But I cant find it...

Now this would been a good cover. Switch back tail on a round rail like it's a kindergarten bench.

Lol, no shit they'll give Guy a cover before Bachinsky. "They wouldn't give Pine a cover for the same trick would they?"

But yeah, I feel like they tried to get away from the hammer handrail formula and failed.

This picture is worth reading the four pages alone.

Thanks for posting.

Funny I just watched his epicly laterd last night.

In it he said that after his 2 year crack binge, when he cleaned up and wanted to get back in the game. Thrasher approached him saying that whatever he wanted they would run, cover , interview etc. Even though his skating was still complete shit at the time.

So he obviously has massive influence there. Id say this cover means he has something coming out. Probably the nike part

my favourite part in that EL is when they're at J Kwon and he looks at that weird transition to rail thing and he goes.. huh someone should skate that

ends up in his Pretty Sweet part years later.

Not really. Claiming Guy's outfit was the worst in magazine cover history sounds a lot more serious than those of us saying it's just an average, very common skater fit.

And it is the worst outfit in skateboard magazine cover history.
