Heavy reliance on boneless/no comply types are so fucking cringy.  It’s just a cop out for not doing real tricks.

bonelesses are cool up, down, and on tranny but i get how it looks on flat

Doing shit that is overly tech that you can't do in a way that looks good (generally with speed and pop). There are very few Mike Carroll's, Lucas, or MJ's who can do very tech shit while almost always making it look good. Even basic's if you can't do them proper for a pro part, don't do them, and do what you can do well. Obviously this is for pros, not people in homie videos having fun. For example, I have no idea how Westgate, Grant or Danny Brady's switch game looks, but they skate regular or fakie (especially Brady) so well, that it doesn't matter. Its really about leaning into what you excel at like Ave who has maybe 3 or 4 flip tricks in his last 4 parts, but skates all stances fast with a great amount of grind variations. It's about leaning into what you can do that looks good, and that varies for all skaters.
