Do these stay true to form over time or bag/thin out? They feel comfy when trying on but very thin. I could do it if they stay this way but not if they really change.

Any insider info on the shoe Pontus is wearing in the April issue of Thrasher? Theres a photo of him (page 61) doing a pole jam on a yellow pole. Looks like the VM003 but with a double layered heel and top eyelet flap?

Wait.

Are the canvas shoes different every drop? Like what's the difference between a VM002 and a VM003? The whole time I thought they were the same?
ok thanks

VM002

VM003

As far as I know, there was never a canvas VM002, only suede. Opposite for VM003, so far it's only Canvas, no suede.

The only model that I've seen available in both Canvas and Suede is the VM001.

In my experience the suede ones do bag out after a while, they only get comfier though.

The canvas ones do not have this issue.

I got 2 pairs of the V003 because I like the classic styling so much. A touch of Airwalk ones/Cons, but cleaner.

I also found they fit me better than the V001s I tried as well.

Did you go TTS on the VM003s?

I’ve skated a few pairs of the VM001s and like them a lot  but the sizing always still being slightly off when I go down a half size kind of annoyed me.

Yeah but you might want to double check before you buy

Its like a Swedish "inc." or "llc." or "co" that you see at the end of a business name.

What are you guys replacing the insoles with? I bought a pair nearly a year ago but the stock insole started to break apart so I ripped them out then gave up on the shoes.

I recently tried some Vans insoles in em, but it makes them feel quite high and unstable.

Lakai insole is the perfect fit imho… but when was the last time you owned a pair of Lakai vulcs?

I use footprint king foam orthotic insole. the 33 dollar one. thin shoe structurally but supportive from the insole. best of both worlds

I swapped in a solarsoft insole from an old pair of nikes in one of my pairs and they fit reasonably well.

I've been using the Vans insoles that come in the "surf" line of shoes. They are slightly thinner than ultra- or pop-cush and have a softer density. For me, they fit the Last Resorts perfectly.

Cons cx insoles (not the zoom ones) are perfect for me. Took a couple sets from my old louies and CTAS pros and they've been great.

I rode the stock ones without any issues, but since changing I've really noticed the difference

I couldn't skate them with Vans insoles either for the same reason. I got some Footprint Kingfoam 5mm for them and they work well for me, although I don't really have a problem with the stock insole either. I'm pretty sure almost all of the cushioning in Last Resorts actually comes from the square pattern on the inside of the outsole, kind of like how a Vans Berle is supposed to work, and the insole is only in there so you're not standing directly on the footbed, so any insole that's not really low profile feels too tall.

I just realized yesterday that two pairs of shoes have lasted me a little over a year by now. Pretty sick.

I run a extra fp gamechanger over the original insoles, do you guys still go half a size down with double insoles?

Noticed my TTS had little space at the toes which is normal for ordinary shoes but idk if you want that for shredding the gnar..

pontus has posted those comfycush (?) insoles on his story/LRAB's story a couple times and I really hope those come sooner than later because they didn't look like demos. My first pair are completely thrashed but I don't have any insoles that fit inside the shoes with enough space so i'm trying to hold out, but might have to cave on another pair in the meantime.

Pretty sure this drop is just 001s in black leather, red suede and blue suede. No new canvas (but I think there's a black canvas hi reissue in the drop)

Might have to pick up those all black leathers. Wonder if they fit similar to the suede pairs or the canvas?

Same thing applies to 303 Boards' website, grabbed a pair of sage VM001s for $73 shipped.

anyone have on feet pics of the vm001 hi/vm002 low? (sz 12-13)
looking to get a pair as chillers but wonder if they look clownish
bigger sizes tend to do that but some silhouettes work
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo
