Got the 53s, 55s, the curb snot, and a bunch of stickers. I am so stoked on this brand and stoked for @darkthrone for doing it. The color tints on the wheels are so good and the logo is so rad, and I just love little brands like this.

I am on the hunt for the orange mesh cap, if anyone sees it online, can you point me to it? The shops local to me that got Snot didnt get the hat. Thanks.

I’m looking for that hat too. Ha. Hoping it fits my big ass head.

I'm sold out, no more restocks of wheels on the first batch unfortunately. Thanks for all the support and kind words.
It's been a total blast packing up and shipping everyones orders and rapping out with the stores.
We have another drop scheduled for August, we'll have some Pro wheels for Dave and Snelling, and announce a couple more riders then. Thanks again.

Anyone have anything to report regarding the urethane in these? Dying to know. I’m on 56mm F4 97a CFs and looking to try some of the 99a 58mms if the formula is somewhat comparable (+2 duro notwithstanding).

I prob won't ride anything other than f4 spits but I'm also happy a new wheel company is finding success. Maybe I'll go for a shirt or hat sometime in the future.

I just panic-bought the 51s after my local shop suddenly had them available online. I thought they weren't supposed to hit europe until fall? None of the other, way bigger shops have them in store, no idea what happened here.

In case anyone wants to buy them from an austrian shop:

My verdict was it was $50 to get a set shipped to my place.
No shops around me have them.
I can get F4’s or whatever for $38.
I think they are just regular wheels.
Will buy if I see a set in person.
I have perfectly fine wheels that I appreciate more each time I skate and wouldn’t mind wearing them down another year.
Snot is my favorite skate brand name and if I had the money I would get the merch.
I’m going to regret not getting anything from this first run.

Finally tried them out today. 51mm conicals 101a.
They are surprisingly fast, even on rough ground. Faster than my f4 99a 51/52mm tablets on every ground.
The slide is pretty sticky, but the threads are still showing on the wheels so that might completely change.
Gonna keep you updated.

I saw a comment response that this drop is all classic shape and the next is all conical.  I picked up the clear snots 52mm 101a wheels from the first drop and they are I think the narrowest wheels I've seen. I'm might have to check these out in person and decide then but I'm more excited for the conical drop.

i think Fos mentioned working with 2 factories somewhere. so i assume these are from another factory. since the conicals next drop where actually supposed to be the 2nd drop with the Snelling and Dead Dave wheels, that shouldve been out around early fall last year if i remember correctly.
so i'd assume the shape might differ too if they're from difrent factories.

Yeah, that makes sense bout 2 factories since these boogerthane ;D wheels are cored and look different than the first drop. I didn’t think the first drop classic shape were that thin, just slightly thinner than classics (but same riding surface), but definitely thicker than say v3s for sure. For me they were perfect and excited to check out this next drop too. Each to his own, but I’m hyped to get my hands on these - especially the 48s, but also the pink/pink 55s. I love this pink, green, black, white colourways.

First time seeing this. I'm behind Heroin for sure, and I'm not scared to skate colored wheels. I love swirly shit if it performs good. I'd take those pale pink or teals in 54-56mm 97a but only with a conical shape.

I’m a little weirded out by cored wheels but I’ll probably give the 58s a shot (snot?) when they’re available to support the company.  I have 53 mm conical ones from the last drop but never ended up skating them that much.

Anyone skate the new formula? How’s it compare to the  old?

I really want one colored wheel to come back and I hope snot will do it. 3 All white/natural and then just a crazy color for the one

I got the lil boogers 48mm ones in the new formula and i actually like em! Takes a little more effort to slide em on flat than say spitfire f4s but i expected that. i’d say they are a significant improvement to the old formula. I had the clear snots and they simply would not slide and felt dull. I like these new ones and will definitely get another set if i want to try a crazy size or something.

edit: i would be lying if i said that mine didn’t flat spot somewhat quick. Not super fast but still noticeable. no performance issues but just that sound. never bothered me though

cool name, even cooler logo.
[close]

I don't fuck with non-F4 anymore but the logo is super cute and makes me feel some kind of way.

Does anyone know if Creative is pouring these?
[close]

If they're from a "really good" wheel mfg in the US it's like 90% sure creative. Whoever mentioned mearthane, a few years back they bought or merged with creative (can't remember which) so they're kind of the same thing now and I think aend mostly does cruisers and longboard wheels.

Creative is basically like bbs, PS, and clutch all rolled into one... The majority of non bones/spitfire wheels seem to be from CU these days and I'm fine with that. They're very good wheels and have a bunch of nice fat molds in a variety of shapes and their urethane is definitely high quality. I actually think I prefer their 99 formula to the spitfire classic or bones STF ones and if you look around you can find some 96 and 97 conicals from CU that are awesome for if you're going to be skating long distances on your board but still want to be able to hit a spot on the way. They don't have the bouncy ball/cruiser feel that mini logo hybrids do. For crust and commuting I'd say the only formula I prefer is the NFG 95a, which is kind of the holy grail of comfort and slide for east coast streets in my book.
[close]

I might have mentioned mearthane, can't recall and too lazy to scroll up...the only bad thing about creative 'thane is there doesn't seem to be different formulas or at least, none that are used by the majority of wheel co. is .sml out of there?

Expand Quote
I don't hate this, but I just feel like we went into 2020 with not enough wheel brands, and gonna end 2021 with too many wheel brands.

I hope they do those clear rounds ones in the sample post. I've wanted some clear/crystal wheels for a while but no ones made them since bones like 5years ago. I like fos, and I like the color palette.

[close]

And that is the problem...outside of Bones, Spit, NFG and maaaaaybe Dial Tone, most wheels are just generic ass feeling creative thane...at least Autobahn when for dual duro and some different shapes...now all you get is V cut or OG wide....bleh..Satori used to recycle...now they just offer...wide and slim and it's probably just creative...not that they're bad, I've skated a few brands (recently darkroom) that skated fine but nothing stood out other than most creative pours are grippy as fuck.

I'll try some to support Fos and I like the imagery and vibe (plus the heroin rails are the shit); here's hoping for something different that isn't...brown...and skate well ;)

Figured I’d bump to mention that Danny feunzelida said satori is bringing back the recycling program in the next couple months.

That's rad. I used it twice when they were running it, sent them a bunch of old stuff and got two new sets.
