An hour in and the paint held up really well, I’m used to board slides tearing up the middle section pretty quick

Was pretty stoked to get some skating in today and the heat was intense! New deck after a 5 hour sesh:

while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

been relearning impossibles thats why my tail sucks :(

I just got a stack of used boards from someone I know and a few are so smashed on the angle like this one (but way more) so I was wondering what trick was the culprit.  Pool skaters used to have something similar only more even nose and tail wear, so I was going with either pressure flips or impossibles, so at least now I know.

Interesting how some tricks that can be so fun can also be so destructive to some decks or other parts of boards.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

yea i love the trick but i have to limit myself to a few every sesh lol, my treflips start sucking (not that they were great to begin with) more and more as my impossible scoop keep destroying the side of my tail i've noticed :( .

2 weeks in on a new board and new trucks. i typically would run forbidden 14 lol but got into a few accidental bs lips whenever trying bs smiths. basically greenlight for board slides whenever I see a rail now

Forbidden 14 is the most confusing movement. I get not being into lip/board on ledges but basing your skating around not touching the middle of your board is stress inducing.

it doesn't induce any stress for me lmao I just like keeping the middle graphic area clean especially if it's a good graphic and most of my stickers are placed anywhere besides the nose/tail. I do a lot of bs smiths on ledges and I do get some contact, but I don't think that violates the forbidden 14

First session is always forbidden 14 and a bunch of nose/tailslides and crooked grinds

bump, old and new-ish, definitely got my moneys worth out of that TKF given how much of the next ply it'd wore through to.

Holy shit! That’s awesome! And those wheelbite marks are crazy too. Do you only change your wheels when they’re bearing covers or how did you get those to be so long?  :o

thanks! Regarding the wheelbite, I have no idea. that TKF board was set up with a new set of Ace 44's and some 55mm OJ's. The Ace's were replaced a few weeks in with another set of Aces (qc issues), so maybe broke in slightly differently? Really have no idea, probably due to the amount of time it was skated too. Ended up replacing the OJ's with 52 F4's so I think the wheelbite will be less severe this time around.

Love how the Bagheadcrew sticker is hanging on for it's dear life. Also never seen someone go so deep through the bottom ply of the nose. Nice work!

I wish the corner of the ledge didn’t give me those deep scratches in the tail but in general this graphic looks amazing scraped up
