Pre-pandemic. Ordered a button up and pants from a skate brand. Got the confirmation email and shipping email. Cool. Two weeks pass, nothing. They ship from a city that's about two hours away and every package has always arrived within three to four days. I tracked the package a few times and it said it was never scanned or shipped, something like that. I contact their customer service. Friendly, on point, girl told me they would send a new package and ship next day air for free. Very cool. I don't know how but somehow original package and new next day air package arrived on same day, both tagged as next day air. I felt bad since I support this brand and girl had been super nice about it. I called them up, they were closed for the weekend. Sent an email, nothing. Sent a follow up email, nothing. Oh well, now I have two of the exact same shirt and pants.

A few years ago, I ordered Misled Youth and Thrill Of it All VHS (nostalgia, let me be) from a dude who sells skate videos on Ebay. Package arrives and it's Ghostbuster I and II. Stoked but it's not what I ordered. Contacted seller and he apologized and immediately sent the correct package. Told me to keep the Ghostbusters tapes. A few days later, I found my original VHS tapes of the videos I thought I had lost. It is what it is.
