I work at my real job like I'm a pro skater. Years of work can be summarized to about 3 minutes worth of actual achievements.
The ones who sacrifice their dignity in exchange for a red bull hat or deodorant commercials.

This was actually one of the easier questions on the quiz, surprised not many people got it.

Q: Which pros treat skating like a job?
A: "Nor Cal skater Ben Job."

I mean yeah, this thread sucks, but why did drewSTEADMAN get banned in the first place?
Now, we used to say we put on our tights to put on the world. So I don't think it tarnishes the image at all.

Been thinking about that the other day. Don't have much insight into the business side and how it is to be a pro. And I don't know if that is comparable to normal working people with real jobs like you and me buuut

Mason made most pros look like lazy stoners last year.
Crazy work ethic. But I understand that Mason is an absolute exception. Ishod seems to take his job serious.

hey nothing wrong being a lazy stoner, its a quality I admire ;)

I think any skater who transitioned from rider to company owner/worker is the answer here. Uncle Rodney Mullen, Reynolds, Prod, Jamie Thomas, so many...etc

I'd like to think filmers def take the job like a real job..gotta invest in a Camera and be good at filiming...

I would say in Brazil lots of skateboarders take skateboarding seriously. I've seen pros making sure they got tricks on lock, going to PT, eating clean and sort of having an athlete mindset.
