You have to love how one of the most elusive skaters ever, Julien Stranger, somehow has more footage on the news than in any videos in the last decade.  I'll take it however I can get it.

Best part is he didn't get his name in the chyron when he was talking to the Cal Trans dude. Shrouded in mystery no matter what, apparently.
