What a cool person. Akwasi's skating is magical. I'd love to see a full part edit someday but it's just so cool to know that he's out there doing his thing and getting some industry love being himself without necessarily going the standard am/pro route. Curious if he'll get a Nike SB Blazer or dunk colorway and if he's going to do board graphics for Baker or maybe do his own thing?

I have a question: can anyone explain how one electrifies a kalimba to (me) someone with 2nd grade equivalent electronics/musical knowledge?

I can't help with the crooks, but to 'electrify' a kalimba (or any other kind of instrument) you use a contact microphone. Basically it picks up the resonance of whatever it's connected to. Cool gadget and you can attach them to anything you want - sound artists love attaching them to bridges and structures like that.
