Looks like he’s come out of his tinnie in Moreton bay a couple nights ago

He just got cover of slam magazine

I wasn’t heaps close with him but seemed like a top bloke

Thinking of him and his family and his friends

I’m not sure how many on here are from the area, but if you have the resources to do so, a call to arms for you to help search tomorrow has been set, please help if you can.

Buna holds a big part of the heart of Brisbane at the moment, being one of the best people on and off the board will do that to a scene. His close friends & family have high hopes he’s still out there and trust in his ability to survive alone in this time he’s not yet been found.

Not that it matters but for the sake of understanding, I am not a close friend of buna, Ive only had the pleasure of being on sessions for the last year with him and associate with those who are considered close to him.
I say this as I ask that you send any thoughts and prayers to his close friends, family and the people out there searching.

Some of my friends know Trent really well. This has hit everyone in Bris and the Gold Coast pretty hard regardless of whether you knew him or not. Everyone was in total awe of that natas spin on the horns. Hope someone finds him soon.

Unfortunately Trent has still yet to be found and his family have stated this afternoon that they are calling off the official search, yet they still understand that many will still go out looking.

It’s not the news we want to hear, but please send your love to those close to buna, they need it.

For the greater skateboarding community outside of Australian realm, T Buna wasn’t just a great skateboarder, he was a great person, over the last year in of being in Brisbane, every session, every event and just every moment in general, his energy, positivity and love of life blessed all those around him. This one is going to hit hard for the scene but his influence will always live on through those who had the pleasure of being in his presence.

I know SLAP isn’t always a sentimental place, but tell your friends you love them because you never know what can happen in this world.
