I guess the question is how serious was the "serious injury" he allegedly caused while fleeing? If it was trumped up, like a cop just broke his toe or something, then that sucks for Wenning's brother.

Wenning is one of my faves, hate to see all this. Thought he was on a comeback trail until he posted DC money in a toilet - then nothing for like a year. Recently posted that he bought some NB 1010's, hopefully he's skating! Forgot what he got above his eyebrow.

That could be anything, a friend of mine got a crazy assault charge for pulling his board back from a cop and scratching his fingers with the griptape, I know a dude that got an assault charge at Pulaksi cuz he ran from the cops and the cop broke his ankle jumping down the stairs chasing him, he never even touched the dude. So if the cop fell while chasing him he could potentially be charged for that.

Pops has been scamming for years, it's why his comments have been turned off for years. I bought something off him in 2017. Never heard back from him after the payment. There's been threads re: him ripping off collectors, ghosting them after payment, or sending re-issues when he's said they are originals and Instagram posts warning other collectors.
