So those 3 year terms are running concurrently?I guess the question is how serious was the "serious injury" he allegedly caused while fleeing? If it was trumped up, like a cop just broke his toe or something, then that sucks for Wenning's brother.

So if the cop fell while chasing him he could potentially be charged for that.
