That’s Kenny Reed, and it is amazing. If you’re not familiar, go watch some of his parts. He’s got one of the best styles of all time.

Love Kenny Reed but always had mixed opinions about his Ollie tweaks.
On one hand they look cool but then its not really hard to tweak like that and it doesn't add any extra height to an ollie. Look at quims style it sucks the board way higher and also looks great.
