In this case it's the high natural iodine content that will help him out. I think it certainly wont hurt to take this route. Just gotta eat healthy all around and not rely on this solely. Hope the dude gets better, wouldn't wish that crap on anyone..

All pics taken in Central Jersey. PK up in there.  Deja Kemos El Kamino and Dotm were all over my area. I used to have a bunch of freight train pics but i haven't been able to find them.  The ones I miss the most are ones I did.

Krylon ultra flat black + flat white + softball caps (orange dots) were my favorite for throwies. I did have fun mixing colors which meant cooling one can while keeping the other warm then connecting them with a straw and "opening" the valves. I hate that they changed the valves.

Had to rack paint. I wasn't a fan of ppl who used Montana. Shit is expensive

That crew that hit the white Tropicana trains were tight.  I didn't know too many writers personally. I mostly did my thing solo. There was a freight mini-yard  (a layup?) about a half mile from where I lived, I would get-up there and 287.

I used to trainspot when I lived close to the tracks.  ICH, (ichabod took me forever to figure out what ich was) was definitely on any freight I saw for about 10 years. It all started around 1996.
