i love this man! always great songs. I think in a past thread someone said something along the lines of "brad cromer does his tricks the way I do them in my daydreams about skating" very accurate statement
Pretty much, he reminds me in some ways of Nate Broussard in that regard. His tricks just float. And, they do everything so clean, that even questionable/illegal tricks work.

One of my favorites. I love seeing new footage of this guy. Every trick he does is just crisp and clean. He knows how to make a line not boring to watch.

Not a favorite Lemonheads song of mine, but a Lemonheads song nonetheless and much better than a lot of songs I've heard in videos that have come out recently.

Gat damn that was sick, Cromer is the best, top 5-10 for me.

That might be my fav Cromer part and that is saying a lot as he has had some epic parts and i love em all.

Cromer living in NY is amazing, he really took advantage of COVID on a few of those spots.

Cromer+Lemonheads+NYC is too good a combo.

great fits as expected, i esp liked the 88 one and 1:07.  Punk and Yo belt as it were

The Veldt is obscure, i expect nothing less from someone with such good all around taste, least of all music.

Heavy re-watchability

Part of the year, so far. It was all excellent. This and the Alltimers edit a few months back are the only things that I'll revisit.

really, no Grand Prairie?

We all owe it to Cromer to buy his decks. I'm ashamed i have yet to ever get one but will be my next.

Also wasn't he injured somewhat recently? is this before or after injury?

We sure do.

After injury

Kind of weird to be wearing a Hockey t-shirt in multiple clips, no?

Felt as though the songs weren't really in sync with what was going on in the part.

Hockey in 3 clips, i feel like with Hockey, Sci Fi Fantasy, and a Baker hat he just likes supporting people/things he likes in skating maybe?

Love Cromer, this ruled. One thing I wish became a trend in skate filming is ‘spot context’. Like film the spot before the trick from an appropriate angle to show how heavy or shit to skate it is. Like, a side shot of a bank to get an idea how steep it is, or a gap to get a sense of scale. Not that this is a super ‘heavy’ part or anything but im sure a lot of the spots are way harder to skate than he makes it look. And i think its be interesting to slow clips down a bit and let the tricks breathe.  🙏🏻

His whole career has been fun to watch, never a dull part or a bad song imo. I realized in this part that I never see people backside heelflip on banks. In my head it would look shotty and need a pivot but he actually catches that one at full 180. Dont see that a lot.

Im gonna buy a Cromer board next too.

When the very first trick makes me loose my shit I know the part’s gonna be good. He’s infallible.

agreed - it could even be a cool b sides thing to examine the spot/approach with video pans or static shots. since raw edits are so common these days I don't see why this can't happen.

Yes to that. Came across the demo tracks for that Lemonheads album earlier this year. They are really great in their raw form. Worth a listen if you have not.

Anyone know how long he filmed for that? Everything was perfect. This guy is in the same league as Ishod and Louie. At least for me.

Word. I find it super interesting to either see a spot in person or to see a photo of it to put it into context.  Just instead of  showing me the cunts face, give me a set up shot of the spot.  They kinda 'analyse' spots on the Nine Club video watches, but mainly just say 'duuuuude what' where they could be bringing up other actually interesting shit.

There’s no way this is from post injury, he just recently said he’s getting to 70% and those clips were higher than that
