for some reason lately i’ve been thinking the same thing. went to his instagram and saw he posted in february and then i walked into the shop today and his since day one part was playing and thought about how he should’ve gotten last part

at about an hour and 18 minutes in they bring up the game and Mike Mo talks about how that session surprisingly didn't hurt, and he's apparently been skating more since then. Honestly kinda stoked to hear that.

Do you guys believe Mo actually landed that nollie impossible variation first try?

he’s good with impossibles, and that trick is like a nollie into a regular impossible so it seems believable to me

He landed a regular one vs Ramondetta when he was on “T” back in the day too. He wouldn’t let his last Hurrah be a staged game; hence, why he kept doing nollie flips over and over until he had it dialed.



One of my favorite all time BATB games. Love Pete, love Mike Mo. perfect pairing of opponents to highlight nuances of style.

I really miss the days where companies had to pay their own bandwidth so they had to edit videos to be as short and to the point as they possibly could.

I'm rooting for him either way.


I always struggled to articulate this without sounding insensitive but I always wonder the actual practicality of how his brace situation worked. He's still pretty darn good but I totally got it when he said that it still didn't feel good. But if he could manage some low impact stuff that would be a delight to see.

I don't see much of a problem if both skaters agree to make an exception and it's not like either of them (or Mike V for that matter) are really expected to end up in the finals two years down the track where the rules would presumably be enforced.
