I've noticed lately that anything I post/reply-with is getting kooked. I've seen others (who are often more civil than I) posting similar things (that they are being kooked a lot).

Anyone know what's up?

I've finally quit caring about my rep but it seems like the entire board is getting trolled. Which we probably deserve.

The way I see it, it just matters more to some people so they take the time to give em out. I love it here, regardless if I'm getting kooked or not. Major shout out to the Whatever and Shoes and Gear board heads, you guys rule!

My rep been a Rollercoaster from the start and now that I'm a Pal, it's decreasing faster than ever! I was up in the 80's back in March but then I pissed some folks off I think. Also posting in this thread is gonna get you some kooks, in fact posting about rep at all will get you kooked. Rep doesn't matter at all though, who gives a shit

I am blissfully ignorant of this stuff but have gained a little insight from people mentioning “gnar’d”, but this thread is the first I’ve heard of people getting “kooks”.  Totally don’t get it.

I did surpass 100 posts recently but I don’t see any new options for me to gnar or kook someone and I have no idea what the rules are for that.  It does seem like a lot of power though and I probably would not use it wisely.

I have thought of asking for a rundown about it but I am trying not to care about “rep”.  Frankly I am grateful to have been accepted here, or at least not made to feel unwelcome but I know some people are leaving me alone.  I think this is actually the most mature, level-headed, compassionate group of people I have ever been a part of a forum with and until now I have mostly been on Classical Guitar forums.  Those fuckers are nasty!
