Skateboarding really is getting soft

And rubbery
During sex to prevent myself from ejaculating I think about Osama Bin Laden running my dick through a sewing machine.

Why would you want condom griptape?

creamprime is the only truly condom-free griptape solution.

Strange that they used only one skate shoe bottom for this graphic print. Come on, at least get a Dunk bottom mixed in there amongst the mostly running shoes...

the red on upper left that is half cut off is a dunk

I just got some of this grip and it looks like shit. Crazy light though for you weight weenies. I like the concept but I can't see it being that durable. I'll likely put regular jessup on the high use/wear area of a deck and keep the rubber stuff for elsewhere...

When 2 corporations that aren't rooted in skateboarding put their melons together this is the brilliance they come up with.

Thread title should’ve said jessup on Nike confirmed

Wait, so this is real? Jessup is really making grip using old rubber from old pairs of Nike’s? That wasn’t just some joke article?
Because that’s like, the worst idea ever.

Any of the regs tried this shit out yet?
What’s the verdict?
For me… I’m not paying extra to help Nike off-load their waste product in order to bump a carbon based tax cut for themselves. Fuck that noise when the perfectly fine “standard” jessup be comin’ free with the deck purchase anyway.

This will never be a thing.  There is an impending shortage of rubber coming and this shit won’t make the cut

If there's an impending rubber shortage then wouldn't using scraps of rubber from a product you're already making make a lot of sense?
