They're probably working on it, Thrasher has been putting out issues dated a couple months in advance as long as I can remember, I think they do it for logistical reasons. The content of the issue isn't intended to represent the printed date with the exception of mag anniversary issues

Nobody’s out doing that Chima part this year. I really hope he gets it but it seems like the masses aren’t really convinced he’s the one. It’s sad to say, but I feel like if some of those clips had some second angles it would have helped his chances. Some of those clips went by so quick with the fisheye that it didn’t do them justice.
