It comes out next month and will be HD. No, the green will never go away. It's a major part of the brand identity.

It comes out next month and will be HD. No, the green will never go away. It's a major part of the brand identity.

Aye like I said I enjoy the green thing! I was hoping for 4x3 but I trust an Emerica video to be good so I'm not that bummed

Don't quote me, but I don't think they've ever gone that route. I'm pretty sure they choose bands they can work with whose music fits the vibe. They're not just sourcing royalty free music.

Yeah, a bit of an exaggeration by me. Just the recent history of these videos has been really boring, whatever royalty-free music. Music can make or break a video IMO, so would love to see a brand shell out a bit more for some good stuff. It's like they put in all this hard work, then trip at the finish line (and yes I understand good music costs a lot, and is probably out of budget, but a boy can dream).

i’ve had this theory that if emerica/krooked don’t do something with him (jordan powell) then he’ll end up on new balance/primitive. get the introduction to both teams (maybe not fully on new balance but a part for primitive), he’ll be hyped up for a few minutes and then they’ll put him on the back burner and everyone will be like “what happened to that dude he was sick!” i hope that doesn’t happen as i love his skating but still. could definitely see that happening.
