My reasoning was the announcers sounded kinda surprised and a little befuddled and the crowd kinda sat there in shock for a second to see what the call was.

Not trying to take away from the match, it was really fucking good.

Understandable. MJF needs a title at all times so I think this was part of it & now Oapreay can sing the “big one” in his home country with a recapture of the title. Stoked AEW is making the International Championship a bigger deal.

Summerslam will be a ripper. Getting LA Knight as our US Champ, hopefully Gunther dethrones Priest.

Andrade is getting some momentum with a huge win, so all is well.

Blood and Guts was pretty good except for the finish. That shit fell kinda flat. Even my wife was like "Well that ending sucked" They actually set him on fire in the last match and the big finish was to tease another fire spot and not do it?

Yeah, that one has everyone losing their minds. I passed on that as I have the Supreme AEW Punk which from my point of view is perfect. I did preorder a Punk/Orton 2-pack speaking of Punk.

Also have around 100 shirts of varying eras that I've thrifted through the years. If anyone is ever in Tampa and wants to check out a sick collection that might have some things for sale, hit me up.

A lot of my shit is newer era last 10 years, but i do have some older stuff. My personal collection has some gems. What size do you wear, and is there anything specific you are looking for? I could take a dig through the crate and see what I got.

Oddly, my favorite wrestling shirt I have is a OG Jake the Snake shirt that is too small for me so my wife wears it. It's paper thin and the graphic is still really nice.

Thought summer slam was really good.

Excited for the title changes. I watched the punk match with bated breath, so nervous he was going to get hurt. I thought it was very similar to the 97 main event but still good. WWE has options with their story telling.

Well said. Punk definitely has the “injury prone” atmosphere to him & I too was waiting for it. I thought that match was lackluster but hopefully it’s just the foundation for more to come.

And as far as your comment on AEW, you’re spot on although there are some sour pusses on here that’ll beg to differ.


Summerslam matches that were 5/5 for me was Rhea/Liv & Gunther/Priest.


Beyond thrilled Gunther is the Heavyweight champ.
