depends what trick you are talking about. if you are comparing a half cab flip to a bs flip (or heel), hell yes fakie is easier. not only are you going blind, but landing switch when doing the bs flip, vs the other trick you are going sight + landing regular. i personally find fakie blind 180 flip (and the heelflip version) much easier than fs flip or fs 180 heel. but i cant do any of those tricks in anything other thna flat ground.
i personally find fakie 3 flips easier on flat, cause a lot of that trick is just leg power send and fakie make the rotation come a bit easier. i also just hardly practice 3 flips. but i have never even fakie flipped a sewer. its REALLY hard to do with that kind of speed
i find fakie heel varial and hardflip harder than regular by a long shot. i think id say the same with fakie varial flip.
as far as fakie shoves, grinds, fakie ollie, flips;
its way harder to make it look good than regular
way harder into anything, down anything, over anything, across etc.
you are probably just going a lot slower than you do regular too
pushing up switch is a lot easier than rolling away switch
