You’re totally right, he’s definitely misdirecting, speaking in technicalities.  He is profiting from promoting them, their interests are aligned, he’s clearly invested in these businesses, we just cant know exactly how because they’ve purposefully left his involvement murky at best… so it all seems “organic”
