Is the skater in the music video for this Frankie Cutlass song, circa maybe 1997, anyone of note?

He doesn't do any crazy trick besides a popped out flatground 180 but he is featured heavily in the video and has a unique look and is definitely comfortable on a board.

Just curious if he was in a New York (maybe out of the BX) skate crew or sponsored or anyhing like that...
