goddamn, this is what I wanna see from nike!
It's techy and uses modern materials but still easy to understand with some classic design lines and not trying too hard.
And love me a runner toe, brings me back the joy of skating the Project BA.

I can def see skating a GR suede shoe that doesn’t have anything special about it (just another color way),

But when it’s a special shoe that has some story to it or collab, I always wonder if they’re being skated or kept as chillers for a long time because they’re special.

Personally, I got the orange label whites with a strap like four years ago for retail ($95! Dayum!), and wore them for one or two months, but then said “fuck it. They’re SKATE shoes.”

Skated them with shoe goo till the soles got flat…

Now I regret skating them because I would REALLY like to have those again just to wear.

Slap hates when someone says shoe a has similarities to shoe b (and I know I'm even doing it about them not looking like lynx) but this is the shoe I immediately remembered when I saw the Olympic Nike's

Its basically just the little toe bumper, two strips of play doh midsole style and the lacing but not much else

My autistic trait is needing multiple pairs of any article of clothing I like that’s daily wear. It’s a curse with modern clothing that’s only sale for a season. Currently about to spend $200 and a few weeks shipping on these Adidas cause they’ve only dropped one new color way of this shoe in 4 years .

Wait, this is an autistic trait? I wear the same shit daily. I buy five pairs of the same pants and shirts lol. With shoes I usually stick to the same model (bought the Ishod 2 and regretted them almost instantly). I have 4 new pairs of NB 480s and 3 pairs of Dunks.

If I have too many color options my brain will freeze up. My therapist thinks I'm a little nutty, but clothes stress me out. I need them to feel and look a certain way, and I've spent weeks looking for the perfect clothes.

Years ago I bought the perfect shirt. Only grabbed one cause at the time I had no idea it was perfect. Haven't been able to find it since 😂

Bought the red ones and I'm not sure if I love them or hate them.
